Desktop Profile

A Desktop Profile is a group of permissions and behaviors that you assign to Desktop users. Each desktop profile specifies the following permissions and settings: Queue Transfer, Agent Consult and Transfer, Wrap-up and Idle Codes, Desktop Timeout, Dialing Capabilities, and so on.

Creating and managing Desktop Profile requires an administrator role and the appropriate cjp:config_write or cjp:config_read scopes.
