Audio Files

Enables you to upload/download .wav audio files. Audio files can be played to the customer when a call is queued on the network, until the call is distributed to a team with available capacity. They can be added to a Routing Strategy that plays the audio when an agent puts a call on hold.

Creating and managing Audio Files requires an administrator role and the appropriate cjp:config_write or cjp:config_read scopes.
