Introducing the new Webex Meetings REST APIs

anchorThe Webex Meetings RESTful APIs are now live

We’re modernizing our Webex Meetings API offering by introducing a brand-new set of RESTful APIs for our most common pre-meeting and recording functions. With this offering, customers and partners can develop Webex capabilities onto their own tools and platforms to perform important tasks such as:

• Scheduling, listing, updating, and deleting meetings
• Managing meeting invitees
• Retrieving and deleting recordings
• Managing user preferences

We encourage developers to try out our newest APIs. Learn more about how to get started with the Webex Meetings REST APIs in the Getting Started with the Webex API. Stay tuned as we have many features that we'll bring to this space.

Future REST API releases will include in-meeting controls (such as muting participants) and even more popular features.
