Queue Statistics

The Queue resource, much like the name implies, is the waiting line which holds Tasks from the time they're created, to the time they're either assigned to an Agent or abandoned by the customer. Queues also exist for outdial or outbound Tasks (Agents reaching out to customers). A Queue is tied to a certain channel type e.g. email, chat, or telephony, and will be summarized by number and time statistics for how Tasks pass through. Requires one of the following scopes cjp:config, cjp:config_read.
