The API allows authorized organization administrators to retrieve archived user information from the Common Identity (CI) archive store.

An Archived user is a user whose data is retained in the system but is no longer active or accessible as a regular user. This state allows the system to preserve the user's information before permanent deletion.

Archived User data can be retained and accessed for up to 13 months.

This API requires an OAuth token issued by the Identity Broker. One of the following OAuth scopes is required: identity:people_rw, or identity:people_read. Access is limited to administrators with the appropriate roles.
